Chef David Beston

Leading our culinary team, Chef David Beston's resumé includes working alongside two Michelin starred chefs in France as well as teaching at numerous, top BC culinary schools. He continues to attract some of the brightest students in the city to work with him at Jericho within our red seal apprenticeship program.

The Chef’s philosophy around fresh, sustainable ingredients is showcased in his regionally sourced specialties and OceanWise seafood choices, complemented by elements from our own rooftop garden.
