Meet the Chef

Chef David Beston—an accomplished chef whose resumé includes working alongside two Michelin starred chefs in France—leads our culinary team. David has taught at many top BC culinary schools and continues to attract some of the brightest students in the city to work with him at Jericho within our red seal apprenticeship program.
The Chef’s philosophy around fresh, sustainable ingredients is showcased in his regionally sourced specialties and OceanWise seafood choices, complemented by elements from our own rooftop garden.
